R.I.P.

that's been in my head all day. Hollywood 7 was good too, a bit too dramatic, but still good

Thanks smasha. Loved Ross. Such a boogie guitar great, original aussie legend up there with Lobby Lloyd and Angus Young for me. Diana Kiss was the first gig I saw when I first moved to Melb as a 17yo from the bush. At the Espy. Saw them many times at small, arvo shows in pubs, usually by accident. Legend, didn't care about accolades or status, just loved to play guitar and sing. Brilliant, loved him, RIP. :'(

'Baby let me bang your box', what a track! Don't reckon you'd get away with that these days. ;D

WTF is going on?? It's getting too frequent.
RIP Jon.

Having any form of surgery scares me more when this happens.

RIP Jon, not a great fan but remember him more for his terrible TV show.
I really don't know what was worse, his or a stinker from Ch9 at the time:

Loved Jon in Jesus Christ Superstar back in the day. Front row seats.

Jon English went in for surgery on broken ribs, but no, these great surgeons have to touch something else.... *smile*

What actually happened?

They saw a problem with his swollen aortic blood vessel (leading to the heart) and decided to touch it. Did they receive any consent for that?

This was supposed to be a simple operation on his broken ribs.

Anyone interested and near a telly, rage are playing a ross hannaford special, so good, what a guitar player

Sorry to hear Patty died, takes me way back to the early 60's when I was watching her show on the ABC. Always seemed odd such a pretty thing married Gomez Addams (John Astin).

Ronnie Corbett ... and it's good night from him.
RIP.

Isn't this thread picking up pace. RIP Ronnie. Along with Barker, was one of the best comedians ever on TV.
