Yeap.

Said Harwick will be offered Roos job and we wont care because his mail is we want Hinkley.

Should know in 10 days.

I'm a nobody and it doesn't matter what I think, but Hinkley is the only candidate apart from Rawlings I've heard speak, and by geez I was impressed. I'll take him.

Only 99.9? That's right Phantom is Kevin Sheedy, Redford is Tony Jewell and Dyer Disciple is.....a nobody.

According to the Aged we can expect an announcement as to our new coach within 10 days. :clap

How can Hinkley be the frontrunner when he hasn't gone through stage 2 yet?
That is what I like about our "process" so far- there have been no leaks and all the Journos are taking their best guess as to what is happening. Hutchy has it in his column in todays HS that Laidley is still in the running yet most others say he is out of it. For once this season, the Club deserves a pat on the back for keeping all things in respect of the coaching appointment "in house". :clap :clap
We will all know the outcome shortly

Is Hinkley a Pr!ck?

Because if he isn't we are wasting our time.

Hardwick was a real a..hole as a player who never shirked an issue.

If that is what he is like as a coach, he is what we need.
Interesting base requirement for a coach.

I'm pretty certain that most people would take no more than five minutes to assess that the person they were dealing with was a prick or an *smile*.

Once that fact is ascertained there's two basic choices left to be made.

Either belt the prick or walk away and ignore the *smile*.

I think I'd prefer an intelligent and articulate coach who can formulate a game plan and teach the players how to execute the skills necessary to perform the game plan.
The ability to deliver a balanced combination of subtle kicks up the arse and pats on the back as required to bond the team to the coach and his gameplan would also be a required skill.

It could only be if Hardwick is going to North, Richardson failed stage 2 and Rawlings is being tried for crimes against humanity.
Or that Hinkley is the best candidate out of those four?

If I had to choose what kind of game plan the new coach would bring to the table & the options were :

Hawthorns game plan
Essendons game plan
Geelongs game plan

I know which one I'd be choosing.

I read that Kouta's looking to get into coaching. Could be a good assistant to young Post and Rewoldt?

Kouta's a moron, just listen to him on the SEN Monday drive show.
