Their older players are pretty average, but they have a fair bit coming through at the bottom end. Reckon they're fairly well set, but will find it tough to take big steps in the short term while they replace the declining Fletcher, Hille, McVeigh etc. Badly in need of some fast, skilled mids.

All you have to notice is how many (if any) times the camera focuses on Hird when they're under pressure, fumbling and losing and compare that to how many times we've copped it over the years. As soon as we start losing a game, camera and commentary talk is straight onto our coach umpteen times.
