Adelaides form dropped off after the mid part of the season. They bearly got over the line against Carlton, drew with the pies and got slapped by Sydney and west Coast leading into the finals.
The outsiders don't see the massive dude Adelaide carry, Atkins, McKay, Jenkins, the captain is a massive cat too.

The Lynch trade is foremost on our minds, but which other tyres should Blair be kicking?
Back up plans if Lynch doesn't come to Premiershipland? List holes to fill? Players to trade out and trade in? Other free agents? Journeymen and state leaguers on the cheap? Ways to improve our draft position?

I think we need to add a cheap bash n crash ruckman , atm we only have Nankervis as a proven ruck , Soldo as back up and then a kid in CCJ.

Encourage to retire: Houli or Grigg (only carry one into 2019)
Look for trade value: Lloyd (3rd), McIntosh (3rd), Conca (2nd), Cellis (2nd), Menadue (2nd), Bolton (1st)
Targets (KPFs and inside or allround mids): Lynch, M McGovern, Moore, Will Brodie, Aaron Hall, Marc Murphy

None of the top of my head snake, however there’s plenty of them out there, only problem is getting one to come across knowing there not going to get past Nankervis, in saying that I doubt we’d find another bargain like Nank.tigersnake said:

Do we move players on and hit the draft hard leaving our list unbalanced? . No doubt there some obvious delistings , however we must find another key forward.

Conca is a free agent this year so if there is any interest then he will be gone as a free agent, Im kind of hoping a Tyrone Vickery type deal wher he nets us a 2nd rounder
Brandon Ellis is a free agent next year unless its Gold Coast most other teams will just wait
