Tambling (merged)

I said last week, Tambling is ready to play his best game for Richmond;
It didn't eventuate the way I would have liked, but I can feel this weeks game against the Dockers might be the one;
Does anyone have the same feeling?

You know what's more upsetting? That we have idiots as Richmond supporters to make stupid comments like the above. I'm embarrassed.

Get off your damn high horse. ::)

People disagree with your opinion, build a bloody bridge and get over it.

Geez you state your opinion and because it may be negative suddenly you get labelled stupid. Good one, GoodOne.

Give me the basis of why you are defending Tambling. He is young? He is away from home? He has a young family? He has shown little improvement? You can feel he will become a good player? What is the basis of your argument and your anger at people like me who cant see what your seeing.

I go to games, I see the replay, I analyse and analyse and analyse, and what I see is a lazy footballer with no inner will to want to be the best. Without that substance to me you will be nothing. Richard is slowly becoming a nothing. What makes me wrong and you right?

compare Ricky & A. Lovett.

Richard Tambling (aged 20) - playing AFL
(aged 21) - playing AFL

Andy Lovett (aged 20) - playing DVFL
(aged 21) - playing WAFL

Lovett's first season (aged 22) in the AFL was statistically equivalent to Tambling's season last year, averaging about 14 touches (Lovett averaged slightly more goals, Tambling more contested posession). Seeing as this is the benchmark for Tambling's comparison with Lovett next year I'd be quite confident Tambling will finish up in front. What do you reckon?

Take off your bloody blinkers and watch the game closely, he doesn't WANT it enough and his attitude in the game stinks. His workrate is non existant, and for "the best junior to come out of Darwin" his skills are shabby unlike 99% of players out of Darwin.

Oh the irony. :)

The age factor between the two is what's keeping Tambling in a better position at the moment. If, and it's a big if, if Tambling can mature, with age, and become just as impressive as A.L, then yeah he will finish up front. Let's cross our fingers.

Well said, couldn't have said it better myself. If PRE had a "pious, opionated, condescending, stuck up" entrance test there'd be 1 less member.

My wife has an addition to her harem

Its taken a while, but dont all good thing?? :clap ;D :D :)

Re: My wife has an addition to her harem
