Sydney Stack

Might lose Stack after being lynched because of his misdemeanor. Can just see Wet Coke & Shockers sniffing around.

If this is the video, then i suspect we are seeing it differently. I reckon there is a fair chance this has been proceeded by something. You are drawing a long bow if you think this footage resolves them. They were not even meant to be there FFS

There is a long bow being drawn here, but my fingerprints are not on it. ;)

I get the outrage. I really do. Melbourne is *smile* and people are making massive sacrifices.

But honestly, you wouldnt know Covid existed on the GC. It's sunny. strip clubs are open, nightclubs are open. footy is on.

these 2 blokes *smile* up beyond doubt.

but I understand why and how.

It didn't exist in Melbourne any more until someone stuffed up. There's a reason there's a hub. It this what really I don't get. Even without COVID-19 players are taught the dangers of being out late. 3am in a seedy area, there are going to be drunks who know who they are and pick fights. It makes zero sense. And it's not acceptable particularly when everyone is taking pay cuts and losing jobs. As I said you live by your mistakes, not just in footy but in life. If you're a rookie you won't usually get more chances. His future is clearly in the balance. He's wasted opportunities before. Oodles of talent but no maturity. Immature players usually do t make it.

Didnt Dusty try drive a chopstick into woman brain in an illegal Chinese mafia gaming den after spending all weekend hallucinating from a cocktail of deadly party drugs at an anarchists music festiva?l

This doesn't help the situation it's fair to say ......

"Stack took to Facebook on Friday afternoon, posting a single-worded message of “whoops”.

View attachment 10402

In the comments of the post he also appears to have laughed off the controversy, writing: “Should see the other guy”.

Well, seems like Syd is taking it all calmly in stride, seems a strange thing to write in a public social media account after being front page news around the country.

Nothing contrite about that comment he's written for all to see.

Strange is not the word - stupid is more like it. What a *smile*. $100k cost to the company - "whoops".

Its stuff like that why Sydney has 13 pages and CCJ has 4

You don't like him. Fair enough. I wonder what your thoughts on 20 year old Dustin Martin would have been.
Maybe I ain’t a fan as I know what the issues have been
This was no surprise to me today
Club better off without him
All too hard.
Syd thinks the world revolves around him
Huge reason that 17 clubs wanted zero to do with him
Time to move him on
It’s too hard

He might genuinely be thinking "whoops" about now.
Really bad look.

In post 4069 you start by saying you 'have had a bit to do with' Stacky, and then you go on to state your negative opinion. When challenged on what incidents you witnessed or were privy to which supported your opinion you didn't do so. All you could do was say you were 'entitled to your opinion', which is of course true. But when you state or imply that your opinion is based on your personal knowledge or experiences with him you ... what's the use here.
The fact is that you didn't know him but just thought you would big note yourself. Some, not me but some would call you a fantasising lineament sniffer,
Some, definitely me but not only me, would call Mr B one of the best blokes you could meet.

Again comparing a lower tier player to a generational talent. Seriously, putting Dusty and Sydney in the same conversation is like comparing Laurence Angwin to Bredan Fevola. seriously different levels of talent. But as Fev found out - unless you sort your *smile* out, the chances eventually dry up. Luckily Dusty figured out - thats what makes him great.

That, and the immense, once in an era talent.

Probably I don't know wasn't there but I believe he missed her brain by millimetres.

I hope for the kid that the penny drops and he puts his head down and trains his butt off.

Would be a shame to see such a talent go to waste.
