it’s not gossip , as I said earlier I just believe Syd probably dosent have the dedication to do all the things a player needs to do to make it in the AFL , it’s not just on talent alone an I can tell you now I hope Syd makes it more then anybody,it’s a Public forum I can form an opinion on a player however I like , Plenty of players I’ve got wrong , plenty I’ve got wrong . Syd won’t be the first or last young bloke who has struggled with the demands of been in the AFL .

Having said that (and hindsight is 20/20), it makes the Hunter and Buckley/Sanderson penalties look meagre. Buckley and Sanderson penalties were a disgrace, and not enough was made of it at the time. Two middle aged men, both leaders, both responsible for setting and enforcing standards knowingly flouting the rules to play tennis and they got a slap on the wrist. If the AFL had any balls, they'd have been suspended like the NRL did to Wayne Bennett.

Gale was just interviewed on 3AW. You can sense he wanted to rip their heads off.
Tipping point for Syd. I hope he uses this as motivation to be consistently as good a player as he showed us last year.

Ben Gale was in lockdown and the two players players were kept in isolation from team mates and each other for virus related reasons. The process was pushed through apparently because of comments made by the Qld Premier.
Lee to Raines will have the answer but 10 weeks without an appearance before the tribunal, and without representation for two kids, is unprecedented and imo ridiculous.
