Sports Quiz

No Obree broke Mosers record in 1993 and the UCI changed the rules to recognise an hour record using Merckx equipment in 1994. Looking for another name.
 
ML somehow you have the right distance but the wrong name, I don't think Kelly has broken any of the three categories of hour record. The UCI hour record set by Eddy has only been broken twice, most recently in July this year by Ondrej Sosenka.

Sorry, I meant Chris Boardman, for some reason when I was posting I had Sean Kelly in my head and typed it, I realised my mistake when I was out. :-\
