Just awful. Offers nothing around the ground.

God awful trade. Process needs to be reviewed. How we valued Hampson worthy of a second round pick is something that cannot be allowed to happen again.
Completely agree... The whole football world could see he was no good but the idiots in charge of our club throw a second round pick at him. No wonder the deal got done so quickly. Blues couldn't believe their luck. Used the pick on Docherty too.

We may as well have held on to Bo or given Orren a run. Don't see the difference. In fact they are both better options and we already had them. There was no need to flush a handy draft pick down the toilet.

How *smile* stupid is our footy department. Just when we thought we were past dumb decisions like these they happen again.

Round and round we go again.

I'd rather give the reigns to some of the people on here than the stupid fools in charge now.

It's neck and neck between Hampy and Tom: http://www.footywire.com/afl/footy/ft_player_compare?tid1=15&pid1=1735&tid2=17&pid2=3506&type=T&fid1=S&fid2=S

Toms 5 goals puts him ahead IMO. Although tommy kills him for clangers.

Hard to compare Hampy with Orren as Orren doesn't get the same opportunities Hampy does.

Can't mark, can't kick ,so what's the use of playing him. Would rather play Griffiths ,mcbean or even elton, at least those three have an upside. There is no improvement in him, thats why he could get a game at Carlton!

Not sure who is laughing louder, Carlton and their supporters for making out like bandits by getting rid of Hampson for a second rounder or our own fans because he truly is that bad. I was seated in the top deck of the northern stand and I have never heard a crowd laugh harder at their own player then when he missed that goal. The truth is Hampson is a laughing stock at the moment, although being a thoroughly known commodity it really isn't his fault. The real laughing stocks are the idiots that recruited him and threw away a second rounder for him.

There needs to be a serious serious shakeup at Richmond.

Built like Tarzan n plays like a *smile* truck. At 26 y.o. he should be peaking, reasonable tap ruckman n blundering stumble bum in almost every other aspect. I can almost live with giving up a second round pick trying to find some ruck depth, but to give the Hamster a three year deal is a blunder of epic proportions.
Just need to rotate Vickery, Griff n Beanie in and around the ruck forward role to assist the Eevan as much as possible n leave the Hamster to keep the Orifice honest in the Magoos.

Hardwick rejected the suggestion that forward-Ruckman "wasn't great today". Hardwick said "I thought he was ok. Is probably up to me to sum up his performance, I'll do that"

Wtf was Dimma watching? ???

This is the type of recruitment that undoes any previous work and should get the people responsible sacked.

It's no wonder Carlton fans used to call him "cymbals" or "autumn leaves".

Drops everything.

Worst trade ever.
