No, you're all being harsh on Hampy. He just needs to get over this injury and get a good decent run at AFL level and I'm sure we,ll see the best of him, he just needs more time......

Just when I thought this thread had been mothballed, it comes back to haunt. Even por old Plasma gets an occasional run. Where is Morro, Hunt and Townsend

Has Mrs Hampson ever been sighted in Tiger gear supporting her husband / her husbands team?

I wouldn't recognise his mum. ;D
But Ms Gale has been sighted at the odd game, when he actually takes the field. Whether she wears Richmond colours, I couldn't say. I know she wasa Carlton groupie supporter. She probably just supports her bloke, but follows her own team

Is Hampson gone for the season? Does anyone have any news on him? Please only respond to this post if you have something to say that is related to the question

Yes. He will return when he follows the yellow brick road and finds some balls and a heart.

Occasionally a funny post, mostly you are an idiot, Zips. Falls into the latter category.

Hey Leon He Shouldn't be on the list. He Shouldn't be even discussed as a Richmond player.

Another season wasted with Hampson on our list.

One more to go......

I reckon Hammer is done, bad back injury at his age and size, good thing is if he gets back he won't have missed a beat with his touch

Seriously though we need to ad another ruck in the off season
Would be an excellent and noble move by Hampyif he retired.

So who carried the ruck in 2016 when Maric got a) injured and b) past it? Just another idiotic post from your huge repertoire.

He is and has been on the list at RFC for several years now. Something that is only the stuff of the wildest and most deluded fantasy for the likes of you.

Minimum list position at nearly all AFL clubs is 4 ruck-man. They call it depth.

Heard many of your workplace colleagues say the same about you, especially after the LTI.

I just want him to retire

Please retire

Why don't you go and tell him in person? In front of all the boys. Post the video here later though big man.

Given that he has been plagued by injury and has a dodgy back, it would be sensible for him to retire. Too many injury prone players keep going at the expense of their long term health. Playing in the ruck against massive bruisers is not a good strategy for a player with chronic back and leg injuries.

Well, excuse us if we let the club medical experts, plus the man himself, make up his own mind aside from the profound judgement of someone of your undoubted knowledge and esteemed name in AFL medical annals.

I think it was the club who decided on his contract deal ... or he held a shotgun to their heads?
