I’m surprised by this statement; In my professional life time and again I’ve witnessed how culture drives mindset which incidentally and directly impacts on results.
People are tweeting the footage of Jeremy Cameron eye gouging Pickett which is 5 times worse.
The more I see of him, the more he reminds me of the original Blakey from 'On the Buses', in looks with that mustachio and in behavior.

I don't know what you both do for a living but I'm assuming your organisations don't rely on your staff to physically beat the opposition to be successful?
I'm just talking sport, I'm sure business is very different because you need to find advantages somewhere else.
