If McRae pumps up Lenon he might be next in line but given our forward shape and the need for pace I think Towner has to get a go.

I would like them to give him a run. Offers something a bit different.

Drop him for Lennon. We have enough pace surrounding Lennon now. The only viable 2nd tall option we've got left. Plus he's better above his head and can use the ball.

Agree. Lennon couldn't be any worse.

Got a bad case of uncertainty, needs to get over it or it will be over. Should play like there is no tomorrow because there might not be for him.

Towner appears to be playing the Caddy role - marking bullocking blocking forward-mid. would we replace lloyd with towner and run with twin towers block o flats?
would he offer more in the air and provide a chop-out in the guts?
today we have speed but we see that the cats are playing heavy and strong so he might come into play.
but for now i'd keep lloyd. his tackling was a key cog in the machine

Lennon has had a couple of good weeks in the two's so I would bring him in for Lloyd. Think we now have enough pressure players in our side to cover Lennon's complete lack there of. With ball in hand he is a great user of ball and deadly set shot. Would benefit from our opposition turnovers as he would be left all alone at half forward with hands on hips as his man had run off him ;) Seriously though I think it is time to give Lenno another crack.

I'd give him another week. Was a little off but he's a match winner.

Move Grimes forward and insert Garthwaite in the back half.
No way in the world would I move around any of the back half, they are the big reason of our improvement this year. Don't think Grimes would be much chop as a forward .

yeah, another week. But he definitely has to lift his output.

I was kinda surprised to see he got 7 marks. Seemed invisible for a lot of the game, considering how often the ball was in our 50.

I think we know what Lloyd brings. I like him but he is limited...It might be time to see what Lennon offers for the future. He is only young so there is potential upside... needs a run at it. Nothing to lose if it's a swap of Lloyd for Lennon.

His limitations get shown up on the fast deck with a fast game.

He is a good 1 trick payer, but once hes out of the 50 he gets caught out.

I think with castagna butler Rioli & Bolton, we've probably got that position covered at the moment.

Yeah but he was clearly told to play way up the ground.

I would play Lennon ahead of him next game. At least Lennon can play semi tall as he is a good mark

Evidently his kicking for goal has been a highlight in the vfl. If he can get 10 possessions and kick a couple plus make some contests he would be doing his job imo.

Lloyd was playing the lead up mark down the ground. Snagged 7 which given his height and speed is ok by me. Gets a pass mark for the game given he really wants to be anchored to the forward pocket. You could leave him in or take him out no issues.

Lennon needs three - four games in a row. Must be Lennon's last season if he can't break into the side as he must be a more natural high forward lead up mark than Lloyd and we are currently desperate for someone to add value.

Was he seriously looking at himself on the big screen before he had the set-shot in the last quarter? Seemed to do it four times, no wonder he missed. I don't think Lennon's gonna make it but deserves another chance given his form in the seconds. We need someone, anyone who can take a contested mark in the forward fifty apart from Jack right now.
