That night grand final mark and kick after the siren from Kerry Good was a classic as well. Imagine poor Colonwood losing a pretend flag to a dodgy umpiring decision.

An absolute disgrace. The worst I have ever seen. Not only was the decision blatantly wrong but they paid it to the wrong guy anyway. The little bloke (Lawson) who should have taken it would have struggled to get the distance. Instead they gave it to Jamieson who was the best kick in the team.

I vividly remember watching that game. It was the worst display of home town umpiring decisions I have ever seen. The umpires fair dinkum cheated. The greatest example of a team being robbed by umpires ever seen; even the commentators said it. Got quite angry watching a neutral game.
