I would guess because he took a step to the side though that was caused by momentum from running for the mark. What *smile* me, is that gets called play on and then when a crows player starts moving sideways (at least a couple of steps and therefore playing on), and Menadue follows and trys to spoil the kick and the maggot pays a 50 on him!! Crazy decisions both of them.

Heard from a really good source that Lloyd has been grounded and told not to fly for marks. But he has a seriously good leap. Can hang.

Can Hang. Has smarts. The forward line got crucified by the ball movement. I'm comfortable with the ball going long to this player one out with space. Think he makes them nervous. Must keep playing.

Our version of Jamie Elliott IMO. Not as good at this point in time but impacts the scoreboard ad I'd love him to keep going for those marks. Great mark in the 3rd quarter that he goaled from and then tried to out do it in the last with what looked like an attempt for mark of the year.

Reckon this info is true. You could see him making a concerted choice not to fly for the mark early on. I reckon he said stuff this though and took his own action after that. He's not a ground level crumber, he's a mark and Kick forward. Keep going for them Lloydy.

The mark was one of a few highlights for us. I did like that after taking it, he honoured it by kicking the goal, so often you see a player take a grab like that and then miss the goal afterwards.
