Sam Lloyd

Disappointed in his game last night look lazy and disinterested and continually blazed away and gave away a few sloppy free kicks needs to lift his intensity otherwise he will not play many senior games this year

Is in ripping nick. First time he's looked like a professional footballer.

As above on the day thought he was lazy and let himself down.

H can improve on that.

One of the commentators mentioned that he'd been moved up to number 27 this year. Pretty sure that happened 12 months ago.
Of course, that was Derr-wayne.

At first, I was like, "What?!"

As above on the day thought he was lazy and let himself down.
Then, I was like, "Yeah!"

H can improve on that.
I love Slammin' Sammy. A smart footballer. Le naturel. Limited only by size and pace. Unfortunately, they count. Can you play him and Lennon in the same forward line?

On Friday night's showing his spot is Short's for the taking. When I look at Lloyd what I see is a good VFL player.

Execution was hard all over the ground. Add the lack of system. Why anything could be judged but the very basics I don't know.

Anyone that kicks 3 in a qtr against Collingwood is worth keeping.
His goal against hawthorn, destroyed any chance of them winning.
He kicks beautifully.
I like when he is in the team.

Hope so. He's a ways ahead of Rioli at this juncture and there is likely only 1 spot available between them.

might be, but it's only a matter of time till he's handbraked

I sure hope he plays. I'm a big wrap for this bloke, dead eye *smile* who can score a couple goals from under ten disposals and always seem a chance to do something. I don't really like the term, but if he had a touch more pace he would be considered to have real x-factor. Certainly has the skills, but the lack of burst like a Cyril means he doesn't get the space to show it as often. But I do reckon the skills are definitely there.

And I wanna see the big hanger he is rumoured to be capable of

He isn't super quick but is strong through the hips and can break a tackle. Hopefully he can just make a few more contests and improve the defensive side of his game. Whilst Lennon and he have played similar roles up forward thus far at Tigerland I'd like to see Lennon on the wing.

I think he will play, always been on fringe and as such played 12 games last year, with injuries i think he will play..

Big year, 3rd on list, seems very committed and fit lets hope he has a big year
