Bit of Mark LeCras about him?

I was just about to post something along those lines. Overhead marking is on par with LeCras, kicking pretty reliable, reads the play well and is a quick thinker. Probably doesn't have the same burst speed on the lead which is about the only glaring difference but everything else checks out.

Re: Welcome Sam Lloyd

Was our best forward for mine. Got on his own so many times. Am unsure why team mates keep ignoring him. Keep it up Lloyd, you've come a long way in a short time.

Re: Welcome Sam Lloyd

If Hardwick is blaming lack of crumbers in the forward line, i half now expect Lloyd to be a scapegoated and dropped while Petterd, Morris stay in.

Most likely correct - lets see if u r right with this.... Repost if correct please as I have a sinking felling u will be.

Re: Welcome Sam Lloyd

Makes a contribution offensively. Would like to see him put more defensive pressure on opposition defenders when not in possession. Saw him jogging within the vicinity a few times. Like many of his teammates yesterday didn't want to run hard and chase. Still offers more than Morris in the forward line.

Does offer more there than Morris as you pointed out, but he's far from a long term solution.

Re: Welcome Sam Lloyd

Been leading up and presenting way too much and hitting the board hasn't helped his cause.

First step towards being dropped has been made...

Re: Welcome Sam Lloyd

Being the sub just doesn't make sense.

I am looking forward to seeing Gordon having a crack in a full game though.

Morris in, he out. What a deflating start
