When he gives me a guarantee on something, you can take it to the bank he might be staying.

Hampson Griffiths Conca MilesLloyd.
Next oldest is Drummond.
DirtyDogTiger said:Any news on what we can expect for Lloyd?
caesar said:Will go down to the last few days of trading IMO when the Dogs know what picks they have left after higher priority trades? They won't give us their 3rd round pick 45, they have pick 62 and 63 after that so at this stage think it will be one of those.

for someone who will play every game next year (mid and fwd) and prob kick you over 35 goals, pick 45 is fair.Ian4 said:geez I reckon pick 45 is more than reasonable.
leon said:We should just keep him. He's worth more than Pick 62(?) to us as a good quality, experienced, versatile mid/forward who can step in for a range of players as depth. With Conca, Miles, CEllis, Stengle and, who knows who else, gone or going, I'd argue we really need him. He will potentially get more games now with any reasonable injury projections.
Will be even more handy up forward with big Tom providing more crumbs.
frawleyudud said:Pick 60 or not time to move him on. Will not be a regular starter if he stays and being on the slow side another year older and that is only going to get worse. Would rather persist with Baker and Bolton as backup/depth and get games into them.

tigerlove said:Yep agree. I love Lloydy but at 29yo with not a lot of pace his time is nearly up anyway. The way we've successfully used our lower pick in the draft we may end up with a solid player. Nathan Broad 67 in 2015, Graham 53 in 2016, Ben Miller 63 last year.
