This medi sub is a crock.
So Syd plays no football last week as a reward for his efforts in the magoos and now gets dropped back for his troubles

Will Martyn in the EMG......strange as most on here say he's not that good. Maybe something we can't see?

I doubt Stack will be the sub again, they will want him to get a full game and for 2 games in a row, the AFL / VFL have scheduled our games at similar times.

Great selection picking Biggie. Could’ve easily gone with Tarrant. This is the future. I’ve liked what I’ve seen of him this season, hopefully he translates it to senior level Saturday!

Perhaps they reward the sub by selecting them in the seniors the following week?
Being selected as the 23rd man should be a reward not a punishment. Can’t be great for the players head space.
“Congratulations son you’re getting promoted. You’ll sit on the bench until such time as one of your mates gets injured. Unfortunately you’ll then get dropped the following week. Have a great day”

Because they want to add another game to his tally by naming him sub. He could play and will if we need him, but a rest before Dreamtime will be good for him.

Not too bad and after we put Shorty in the midfield…not too bad at all.

But I think we can now officially give up on George ever being dropped.
Given his consistent failure to perform over the 18 months since the introduction of the stand rule, and the consistent support of his coach this non tackling, can’t kick or handball forward, can now be penciled in for 300!
