The dogs forward line have had every chance. Bloody useless except when they play us of course
It's not just their FL. Did you see how inept their mids were before finally got it to Lobb but hit the post. Then their backs for another Daicos goal. Really crumble under pressure everywhere.

The Pies have are injury depleted but they still have a truckload of players who can run and apply pressure. That's what we need to get back to. Recruiting players who can run and apply pressure.

Another blatantly biased decision there for the Skunks. Twice the Doggies' Sanders was tackled high and pinged for HTB without any real prior. Then just at the end of Q, F. MCrae gets free for exactly the same act - against, of course, ... Sanders.

How can the fans miss this hypocrisy by umps? The AFL sucks.

What I have just watched on fox Footy beggars belief. Daicos being praised as a genius for knocking the ball out in front of himself to milk holding the man frees. They stopped KB doing that in 1973.

Bit of a breakout game from Darcy. First game I've seen him look like he really belongs and is playing to his strengths.

Daicos is the proto modern player. A superstar, and an amazing sense of professional entitlement to go with it. Everytime there's a whistle when he's involved in play he assumes its his free. Understands his status in the game as a thoroughbred umpires darling and never thinks a free will be paid against him, sticks up his hand to receive the ball regardless. None of this is a criticism of him, its quite amazing to watch, but it makes him hateable to us opposition fans.

Quick question!

Would Little Dacios be this dominate if he played in the 80's or 90's.
*When bumping was allowed!

Gosh, Sam Darcy already has more body strength and clunkhands than Sam Ryan.
Yep, I'm afraid so. I'm starting to think a lot of our players just walk past the gym. Very few can get hands out of tackles to release the pill, but oppo does against us continually. Ryan is brushed aside like a reed.

He got one paid against him, to the Bont, and he assumed it was his free. His professionalism at milking frees and amplifying the faintest of illegal contact is next level. Actually next level. He's raised the bar.

I'm not a recruiter but I would select kids that have leg speed and can run 12-15 kms comfortably.
