Bit of a breakout game from Darcy. First game I've seen him look like he really belongs and is playing to his strengths.

Daicos is the proto modern player. A superstar, and an amazing sense of professional entitlement to go with it. Everytime there's a whistle when he's involved in play he assumes its his free. Understands his status in the game as a thoroughbred umpires darling and never thinks a free will be paid against him, sticks up his hand to receive the ball regardless. None of this is a criticism of him, its quite amazing to watch, but it makes him to us opposition fans.

His arrogant sense of entitlement is just sickening. So who gave him the right? There's plenty of other fine players in AFL that do not behave thus.

I predict he will become increasingly 'hateable' with lots of increased opposition booing as years go on. Nobody loves a suck in the end, as good a player as he is. Umpires' tart.
