Players were moving the ball on much faster for fear of being pinged & the game opened right up. Skills improved accordingly.
No collision injuries either.

4 vs 4 in the middle.
Who ever wins the ball and has leg speed boots it forward.
There's nothing coming from front on and its basically a basketball tip off start in the centre.
