thanks cm. i was thinking the same thing. robbie is still a tiger and has put his body on the line for us. whether he plays again or not, and who are we to know that, he doesn't deserve such vitriol. it's really hard for a player who has been out for quite a while to slot straight in.

He's not up to it. Simple as that

An awful decision to not play a kid instead of Robbie. Perfect opportunity to blood Mc Donough was missed

How many posters have bob marley as their avatar? Or is it the same poster?

That loose ball he ran onto in I think the second quarter, it put him on his left side, any other small forward in the AFL would have had a snap on their left. Nahas couldn't do it, had to turn outside and kick away from goal. It's just not good enough in 2013, you don't have time or space anymore to find your favored boot, it's time to go Robbie, thanks for your efforts.

Have always been a fan of the Slumdog, has been my sons favourite player since he started. Unfortunately today won't have helped his cause, was poor. If it is the end, thanks for your efforts Robin.

Great to see a player squeeze every ounce of talent out of themselves, particularly one so undersized.

Played for Richmond.

Liked the majority of the posts - Thought Nahas had no impact, wasn't up to AFL standard and I also thought he looked wistful as they were singing the song - but he got into which was a good thing.

No venom - he was worth a test given his recent VFL numbers. But the Richmond of 2013 needs more and the Richmond of 2014 needs a lot more.

Just being no damn good does that to you every time. Again he is probably a lovely person, but he has the physique of an auskicker, he is no where near as quick and evasive as he few supporters think he is, he is horribly one sided and can barely kick over a jam jar. People in the crowd actually cheered when he was subbed out. It's just a pity we didn't trade him when he had a little currency.

that is an absolute disgrace. a terribly way to treat a player. sometimes i am ashamed of our so called supporters. chris scott said tonight that geelong have some ugly supporters....unfortunately so do we.

yeh, said the same thing to my son. That particular play was his death nell.

Didn't mind him at the peak of his his powers but was always a limited player.

A few might have.
Most probably didn't.
My view was that the cheering was for Tucky coming on.

In all honesty I liked the fact that he started today. If you are going to have a look at him (as a coach) then you had to play him and give him some game time.

They cheered because he wasn't contributing to the team and because he isn't any good. They were cheering because they believed that there was someone better to replace him (and were in effect also cheering for Shane Tuck). Perhaps Nahas the person didn't deserve it, but certainly Nahas the football player did. I didn't cheer but I didn't have an issue with any that did, just like I didn't have an issue about the bronx cheer he received the first time he handled the ball after his error that caused a turnover and a Brisbane goal. And for the record what did I do? I just muttered and grumbled to my wife that he's crap to which she wholeheartedly agreed, just like I assumed the vast majority of the crowd was also doing. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Being at the game myself I interpreted the cheering as for Tucky coming on.

i certainly hope that's the case. someone else at the ground told me robbie copped it when he was subbed off.
