Agreed. Mcd should have had a chance. We have already seen what happens when this kids get the chance in the big league with Vlastuin and Arnot so Mcd would have been worth a punt. He couldn't have been worse than Nahas.
 
I don't think that he is up to AFL standard. He had a good patch for a while a few years ago but methinks the game has passed him.

He has lacked spark all year. Unless he is up and about he is liability.

sums it up. we played a man down. I just dont understand why he was selected. McDonough deserved a crack.
 
Nahas is gone provides nothing to our side we may as well play 1 player short
Hopefully doesnt play again bring in Madonna in his place
 
Did he come off injured or was it just the way he was sitting on the bench?
 
I felt sorry for him. Must be a *smile* feeling.

I hope he gets a second chance elsewhere. Seems like a nice guy.
 
Hmm hoped we might get something for him via trade but don't think another team would give anything up for him....

Agree. Quite bemusing selection to play Nahas this week. It's obvious to all and sundry he is finished. Played accordingly; was woeful.

Would have been a perfect week to blood McDonough.
 
Listened to Dimma's post match and in it he said something about he thinks Nahas has to take one step back to go forward and sort of hinted he be with us next year.
I hope it was just massaging Nahas ego and not fact. Nahas a list clogger

Maybe he meant one step back and out the door to another club and then move forward.
 
I can't believe Dimma would see Nahas as part of the Tigers' best 22 in 2014 ?!
Nahas has done his bit for RFC (and I thank him for that), yet his time as an AFL footballer is pretty much finished.
