Well we don't have to agree about the effectiveness of his tackling. It's a secondary issue, we'd be mad to sacrifice some of his zip by beefing him up. He might resemble a pesky mosquito being shooed away at times, but as long as he's biting regularly it's all good.

Perhaps I was blind to it earlier but in the last two games, Nahas' intensity was near-manic.

It's been genuinely fantastic for second half of the season, sets a standard. He's gone from one of my least favorite to most favorite on the team

The cynic would point out that he's out of contract..

Obviously he doesn't have the polish or magic of Cyril, but statistically his year was nearly as good.

Agree, gets about 5% of the hype but was a very productive player this year. His fitness has improved out of sight

Robbie Nahas and Jake King re-sign both for 2 years each.

Great news and thanks to RFC for the email update :clap :clap :clap :clap

Been excellent this year and shown what he's capable of when he applies himself.
Took his game to another level.
Now that he has another two year deal I hope his great form continues.
Well done Robbie.

Well done Robbie.

Now he has a 2 year deal let's hope he doesn't think he's made it and can slack off.

He worked extremely hard and that's what made him improve so much this year. Got to contest after contest so even if he made mistakes he still had impact on games. Even addmitted that himself and that he was previously lazy. Standard is set now, nothing less is acceptable. Could easily slide back to being delist material if he doesn't keep up that work rate up that he had in his 'contract year' (this year).

Well done Robbie, but keep your head down.

Would be on very decent coin now with GWS sharks that would've circled, I can't see him slipping now, complacency ( I hope) is something of the past for all involved at the club.

Are you all blind? Nahas like so many others in the past 30 years, plays a few good games and we stupidly reward them. He played ok-well at the start and the finish of the season - for the mid 14 or so games he was barely average. This is what RFC does time and time again. Do you honestly believe that he is the best in his position, that no other can do better? He is not consistent and he can not stick a tackle on a regular basis. I'm sorry but I thought the clean out we had last year would continue this off season, but clearly not!

:bs

I must be blind because I saw him play well most weeks, even when he didn't kick goals or rack up a million possessions. FWIW, I know the type of player you are referring to but Nahas is not one of them.

Great news :clap

Diggler?

Well done Robbie, now the real hard work begins. Keep getting better and bigger. Good year but you can and will do better if you continue to work hard.

Lol he played well this year. Should we delist him? No. Should we give him a 1 yr contract? No. He would have left. Should we have given him more than 2 years? No. Are u complaining about how much he will be paid? If so, let us all know how much?

Far out, we should be rewarding players who work their ass off. If he slacks off in the next 2 years then get rid of him.
