Yeah I suppose. Hope he doesn't do a James Frawley and can stay fit.
Interesting isn't it, the media have been rabbiting on about this & that, Talia, Cerra etc. etc. Some posters on here saying we should do this or do that & all the while the club has been quietly working away in the background setting thingsin motion. No leaking of info just getting what th3y want done.

NORTH Melbourne veteran Robbie Tarrant has told the Roos he wants to leave and chase a premiership at Richmond.
Tarrant will be free to walk to the Tigers from October 1 given he qualifies as an unrestricted free agent.

This shows us that the club realise we are short a KPD and will probably target one of the following in the upcoming draft to develop while Tarrant holds the fort.
1. Gibcus.
2. Van Rooyan.
3. Buzzo
Geesook paid x3 1st rounders for Cameron though. We get Tarrant and Talia for free. Big difference.
We will get Talia on a 1 year deal. We were short staffed in the backline this year once Broad and Balta went down. Even with those guys Geesook and a few others pantsed us. Also enables Grimes to play on a mid sized forward and then be able to intercept more.
I think Gibcus will be gone. I think Clarke is a big fan of Van Rooyen. Depends what we do with pick 7, if it’s a mid then I wouldn’t be surprised if we take Van Rooyen with Geelongs pick.
Definitely brings up different options with North now.
Do we roll Tarrant into a trade for CCJ, maybe included a pick back to us, we won't push too hard but we'll take the Chol compo. Or do we push for a better scenario for CCJ, depending on what our contract offer is, maybe they get a compo pick, which means they give us a bit more for the CCJ trade.
Its going to be interesting to see which way this plays out and what each club ends up with at the end of this, but seems that at a minimum it will be in Tarrant, out CCJ, but what the picks swaps will be , who knows.
