Agreed. Could become elite if he gets the disposal ability right.

yer turns it over to much, cost us a goal today.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

Reece just needs to slow down a little with his disposal. a couple of times today he was clear and rushed his kicks. slow down for another second and go bang!

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

He is one who often tends to follow up a really good bit of play with a poor kick or silly free which undoes his good work.

Think he will be a fine player once he gets more experience.

Yep agree, seems to be a problem creaping back into our games, can at least lock in 7 crucial turnovers per match now.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

Really needs to learn the new holding the ball rule. Gets done dragging it in every game.

Plenty of upside to his game though :)

I agree. He seems to get pinged every game for holding the ball due to diving on it.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

needs to stay on his feet and improve his kicking

also is becoming a plodder and lost his zip.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

correct. needs to work on his weaknesses like all players

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

The stage is set for him next year to take his game to another level. With Foley missing more next year, time for him to go to another level.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

Too many errors are starting to creep into his game. Hopefully works on these and irons them out. At least he has a dip and puts his head over it.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

I'm still waiting to see his supposedly "elite" disposal we recruited him for.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

He showed lat year that he's a very neat user when he's got space/options. Made good decisions and hit almost every target. This year he's playing a lot more around the stoppages and occasionally rushes his disposal. Once he gets up to speed I'm suring he'll get his disposal to a very good level as well.

Really pleasing for a 2nd year kid from a heavily compromised draft to be traveling this well so early. Ellis too has had a fantastic impact for a first year player.
