Pfffft. Lightweight.
I'm 194cm and 107kg ( admittedly the difference is around my guts )
We need bigger bodies in the guts

Kicked 3 behinds and had a shot after the siren that didn't make the distance. Looked pretty good. Presented well.
Yeah played fwd in the last. But Chol seemed to be in the back. Chol kicked 2 goals so maybe they swapped??

Sounds like our next Full Forward. The experiments continue at the RFC laboratory

Wasn't he a supposedly great kick for goal as a junior?

Made the annual pilgrimage from Miami to watch both the ones and the 2's yesterday. Garth was a lot more solid than I expected. Looked good in the forward line. I'd expect him to get a run in the ones as a forward in the next month.

He could play as that hit-up down the line target. And has good pressure. At least they are trying some things..

Sat behind his family at the game and asked how he was going. Said he is loving it and goes into the club on his days off to hit the weights to try and put on some muscle. On playing forward, they said he did in his junior days but has not done so for 2 1/2 years, drafted as a backman and is it enjoying down there. Sounds like a ripper kid. Was fun sitting in the stands, everyone was willing him to get that 1st goal, would have been swamped if he had i reckon.
On his game, in the 1st minute of play he backed back with the flight of the ball and took a really strong contested mark 40 out but missed. Had 4 legitimate set shots for goal and thought he had very good leading patterns. Interesting to see if they continue the forward experiment. We could do with a swingman but even more so a forward.
Reckon he reverts back though.

Sounds like he is possibly being groomed to play the second tall in the seniors because he cannot get a gig in the backline and they are keen to see him get a game.

The kid can definitely play, Akward kicking style though. Him and Jack Graham look good future prospects

Those sorts of experiences are what make footy and it's particularly rare these days. Reminder of what suburban and country league footy is like. Sounds like you enjoyed the meeting and exchange, Caesar.
