Pick 53: Jack Graham

Jack No.3 on the park for most tackles (7) behind those tackling machines Steele for the Saints (8) and of course Nankervis on (9).

Has to stay. No flies on this group - Oleg or George to go - I don't know about the forward chemistry but with only four disposals for the game George hasn't done himself any favours.

Great player for the future.
Does not yet have the tank needed.
Will play finals but best two years away.
Nothing wrong with his tank but it will get even better.

This kid is a gun.
Those kicks and poise around the packs.
He was a steal at 53.

Hunger for the contest. Tick.

Natural footballer. Tick.

Thick build. Tick.

What a pick up, I him like a LOT, loves a contest is very poised & calm

As has been said in other posts, is definitely a Captain in the making.

As previously mentioned, there was a knock on his kicking... Can't see it at all. Some of his kicking looked elite if anything. That pass to Jack which he spilled was nothing short of mouth watering. The kids got a big future and has stamped Anthony Miles ticket outta punt road!

what were the knocks on this bloke pre draft?

cant kick well thats *smile* he speared the ball to jacks tit who dropped it

cant cover the ground well he isn't express pace but he can move

injury prone well had a few niggles but being as solid as he is that's to be expected

going early but future captain of the rfc this kid

He is a waddler like Dane Swan.

He covers ground and works angles.

Chris Knights at his best was amazing in the ground he could cover because he had pace but also had the smarts to run the angles thats what made him elite as well as his disposal and poise.

If you can read the game, have endurance and can run the angles you dont need to be a speedster, Sam Mitchell and Dane Swan two of the most recent best at it.

A footballer he is.

Might get chopped for Caddy.

But make no mistake, 200 gamer.

I reckon he stays in. Markov and Castagna should be nervous. Only issue for Graham is his TOG.
