He also finished runners up last year, by these metrics we shouldn't be spending big on Taranto. He finished 16th last night from 20 games, above Edwards, Maurice, Martin & Cumberland who all played 5-10 matches.

They have pick 8Ports pick 26 (from West Coast) or Amon pick - whichever better
They have pick 8
Graham and 19 for Graham
Pick 8 for Tarranto
Pick 12 for Hopper.
We keep 19 & 30
Fair point RE Taranto, but GWS are absolutely flush for midfielders which can justify why Taranto has been moved around and limited his impact. He also finished runners up last year, by these metrics we shouldn't be spending big on Taranto.
Not bad, I'd look at ways to get pick 26 into the Keeler range, 1 tall would be ok I guess, partcularly if we manage to keep next year's first.Richmond In - Pick 8, 26. Out, Graham, 19 and 30
Port In - Pick 30, Rioli and Graham. Out 8 and 53
West Coast - In Pick 19, 53 Out Rioli and 26
After that trade would leave us with, 8 12 and 26.
8 for Taranto
12 for Hopper
26 goes to the draft, keep our F1.
Soldo and our future 3rd for 21
Essentially - Out Graham, Soldo and F3. In Taranto, Hopper, 21 and 26
Has Taranto ever made an impact as forward? I'm struggling to see the value add in this case........................Fair point RE Taranto, but GWS are absolutely flush for midfielders which can justify why Taranto has been moved around and limited his impact.
Taranto is/was pushed out by Kelly, Coniglio, Hopper, Whitfield, Green, Ward
Graham struggled and was moved around in a season where our midfield cupboard was almost bare. Our midfield of Cotchin, Prestia and Bolton should not have seen him held out if he was good enough given Dion missed plenty of weeks this year as well.

That would be around the mark, I have him 12-26 but I rate him a bit higher than most. Surprised by the comments about key position talent, I think Cadman & Jefferson are excellent prospects, Keeler requires a bit more imagination but the skill set is there, I reckon some judges put off by his laconic kicking action, more specifically the way he leans back when disposing of the ball. My feelings when I see this is firstly, kids need time to adjust to their growing frames & secondly, a lot of talls take years to refine their techniques (see Max King). I also think Keeler being bottom aged opens the door for some extra growth & potentially a full time ruck gig if the forward experiment fails.Whats Keelers range? Would Pick 21 be in that range?
Keeler turned 18 in April. I think 21 is just about the latest he goes. That would be around the mark, I have him 12-26 but I rate him a bit higher than most. Any idea when he was last measured?Keeler turned 18 in April. I think 21 is just about the latest he goes.
Pre-season at a guess.Any idea when he was last measured?
Not sure Graham's ever been left out when fit, keepanot sure why people are saying graham is not in our best 22, and was moved around to different positions or left out of the side.
from what i remember 99% of the time he played it was in the midfield. very rarely was he left out WHEN FIT, and rerely because he couldnt get a mid position and was just overlooked. he played 20 games so i dont see where he was left out as other mids were ahead of him??
Hes 1st or 2nd for our defensive midfielders, great two way runner, and lays heaps of tackles. all mids cant be attacking only.
i think hes definately in our best 22 and at his age can only get better!
dont want to lose him but if we do, we should be asking for 2 first rounders, if thats what GWS want for hopper.....
So he's a best 22 player when only on one leg.He finished 16th last night from 20 games, above Edwards, Maurice, Martin & Cumberland who all played 5-10 matches.
That’s not a good sign but if he goes it’s a first rounder, I mean he’s 24, 97 games, a premiership player and has 6 or so seasons left. We need to negotiate hard and get a good deal as he’s contracted for 2023 and if he goes at the end of next season we,ll get a comp a second round comp pick anyway.
