Pick 53: Jack Graham

Like Graham, he's the epitome of a Richmond man. Playing on after that shoulder dislocation was inspirational.
You build clubs around these types & IMO he's getting better by the game, only 22yo keep.

I mean Captain Obvious and all that - but he is not being gifted games any more - with his current body of form he demands a spot and keeps a player like Caddy out.

Pun intended but current body of form is in a big way due to the fact that his current body is uninjured and he’s finally able to run and move with freedom.
He is a very good footballer

Mid year I was at peace with him leaving. Someone was going to offer him coin, thought the Crows would move hard on him. Still do. But the last six weeks he’s looked different, sharp, agile, cleaner below the knees, getting involved in links of play not just working in traffic . He might be levelling up. We know he plays well in big games, we know he is ferociously team first and he plays his 50th game next week. Will be 23 all of next year.

I’m upgrading him, he’s a must stay.

Starting to feel the same way. Looked physically shot a while back but moving so much better now. His price is increasing.

He aint going anywhere. The boys love him and more importantly - so does Dimma.

He was always going to take time to build confidence after a second shoulder reconstruction.

That's a very good point, Rancey.
We only had to see the player's and coach's reaction to his awful shoulder injury in last year's prelim final.
What a herculean effort that proved to be. An effort that has now been forged in Richmond folklore what with Konrad Marshall's writings.
