The Raiders knocking of Sharkies tonight , leaves Craigybabes 3 from 3 after i tipped Broncs and Dragons.

Thats better start following last 2 weeks efforts. ;D
Titans beat Cowboys & Storm scrape home against Panthers.I thought Cowboys would be big improvers this year but thus far they haven't shown much.Storm were lucky to win & changes are needed.

Manly with Brett Stewart return to form with a win over the Tigers & Knights hold off a fast finishing Warriors.Thought Warriors would have won that one.Tigers form a worry but they will probably beat he Storm next week.

Red hot rumor,

Finch and Storm already done a deal, for the rest of this season only.

He could be at training Tuesday, and be availible as early as the following Monday night game against the Tigers.

I'm hoping,Storm's halves combination are floundering.Something needs to be done quickly

For the reasons i dont rate Finch and was hoping the Storm wouldnt go there, its pretty obvious that he is there to fill the gaping breach with the #6 in at 5/8.

That alone will help the Storm, Finch is not a dud, but he is a sook and takes his bat and ball every time things dont go his way, he can play and with him in the 6 alongside Cronk in 7 and Smith in at rake the Storm will hopefully play better through the middle and at 2nd reciever of the ruck.

Most importantly Finchs arrival puts the big GI back in the number 3 where the Storm need him as its where he is most dangerous and where he plays his best footy.

The player who will be bemoaning Finches signing the most will be Ryan Hinchcliffe i reckon.

There goes any chance of him getting the #9 now or at least while Smith is able to stay there.

a good deal for the storm,

Rumored to be costing them 50 grand for the year......... peanuts,

I think he has struggled at times with the leading playmaker role at Parra, not an easy job,

At the Storm they have Cronk, Smith , a bit from billy, and he only has to compliment them, which should be alot easier

He is basically playing for the year, to try and increase his market value, probably for a contract in england for next season,

He was paid out from Parra for this season ,

Hinchcliffe should still get a bench spot i reckon, he plays a bit of back row as well as hooker, and it wont hurt Cam to have a spell on the bench from time to time.

Agree, nothing wrong with Hinchcliffe playing 2nd row

Big rumors doing the rounds that Matty King wants to come home from the UK.

Big chance he will try to return to Storm apparantly.

Interesting list of names off contract at years end in NRL.

Will be some furious activity come mid year as always.

Matty has'nt had a good time over there,

He had the unfortunate experience a few weeks back of being booed by his own supporters,( their supporters must be like richmond's ;) )

He cant be going too well.

Lucky for him he's collecting big bucks

In bundy night footy its the Tigers v Storm in Sydney.Despite the Tigers leaky defence I think they will cause an upset tonight as Storm's attack & ball handling has been woeful.I hope I'm wrong.

Heading out soon to the 1st Leichardt fixture of the season.Ground likely to be a little heavy & greasy after the last couple of days of scudding showers but still anticipate a free flowing game.I'm hoping the Tigers show more desperation & fortitude than their RFC brethren to prevail in a close tussle.

Lucky!!!

Changed my mind about flying up this morn when I heard what the weather was like.

SHATTERED I didn't now :(

Playing surface picture perfect.Tight match in blustery, greasy conditions in front of 12,600 patrons.Thought Melbourne well placed only 4 down @ 1/2 time having run into the wind. Tigers an 8-10 point better team at Leichhardt than anywhere else & so it proved as gritty defence won out.Why we play anywhere else defies logic (SFS this year FFS !)..Test will be to repeat that effort & intensity regularly something we've failed to do all too often.

Storm had numerous opportunities in the 2nd half but their pooor ball handling, dropped ball & poor play the ball ensured they had another low score.Unless the Storm sort out their attack they will lose more games than they will win.
