Heart obviously says 'yes' but head definitely 'no'. Our back rowers are willing but worried they'll be monstered by Easts & our backs are very suspect in defence,particularly Marshall,Lawrence & McDonnell....Now that I've written them off,I'd love to be proved wrong but our recent form has been too patchy,despite winning,to suggest we'd get over the Roosters.

Interesting one, Storm have two very good U20s centres in Joe Tomane, and Sam Joe, but they may be a while off,

With Izzy going , King would be great to have back,

They could possibly afford him next season if he is happy to have his NRL market value, not Super League,

Who knows, depends on how close we are to the cap,

Izzy and Crocker going , would free up some money you would think.

Roosters beat Tigers 19-10 in Bundy night football.Tigers ball handling was ordinary particularly in 1st half but they were very unlucky to have a try disallowed in 2nd half which could have put them within a converted try.Roosters were probably the better side on the night.

Lockyer, Price, Harrison and Boyd in for Origin 2 for maroons.

Lockyer wont be fit enuff to go the journey.

Big call bringing in Boyd.

Went to Titans v Storm game tonight where Storm's 2nd string side got beaten 18-0.Great effort by the kids who defended really well but just couldn't finish off with any tries despite a couple of chances.

QLD thump NSW 30-0 in great display from them & woeful one from NSW.Back to the drawing board for NSW who should bring Hayne,Kite & possibly Anasta for game 3.The NSW pack was brittle.

Great game from Qld. Good to see Prince take the kicking and play direction responsibilities and let Thurston run the ball as he does best.

Wallace is a great kick, but desperately needs an experienced half pairing.

In last nights game the Roosters rebounded after their big loss last week & thumped the Panthers 32-12.With their origin players backing up they were a different outfit.

Storm play Cowboys tonight in waht should be a 1 sided affair.We welcome back all our origin starts but only have them for this week.Will be glad when this origin period is over.

Storm beat adepleted Cowboys outfit 48-20 tonight in an entertaining game.Cowboys attacked well but their defence let them down.Storm overpowered Cowboys in 2nd half.Unfortunately we will lose 9 players next week because of origin 3.

In Bundy night footy Souths recorded their 3rd win against the Titans who are good at home but not away.Storm play Eels this week without 9 players who have been selected in origin 3.Steve Turner quite rightly dropped.
