Agree Craig, they have let too many good players go.

Sadly Mb the club has had to let wonderful players and the heart and soul of the club skipper Price go because they have been too focussed on shelling out most of their salary cap to Mason, and Williams. :p

Im getting shaky MB ........................... ive already developed soft spots for a number of other teams in NRL. ;)

As expected Doggies have granted Mason permission to talk to other clubs.Think the doggies want to be rid of him.

Indeed but seems the Canterbury board have left the ball in Mason's court as to whether he wants to stay rather than make the decision themselves to sever ties once & for all. Messy but probably finances / termination payments a factor. Think it would have been better to make 'the hard call' but it's the Bulldogs so who am I to keep from further suffering . Peter Moore would be spinning in his grave....

Mason's Bulldog teammates have formed some sort of group to negotiate keeping Willy in their kennel.

Hull (England) have formally declared an interest should Mason go . Cronulla & Easts are said to be potential suitors locally but need to make room in their salary cap.

Willie will stay with the Bulldogs. Every so often he gets a bad case of ADHD and needs lots of hugs.

This time the Bulldogs have had enough so Willie has to convince them he is sorry. That's why they have left the door open for him.

His team mates rallying around will give him great strength. It will end up a bigger lovefest than Woodstock.

Not so sure about that Mr Sneeze

News just in brent Sherwin has been released by the doggies to enable him to play for big bucks in the super league.

I warned of the dogs would implode in the near future.

The administration cut the heart and soul of the REAL CANTERBURY out of the club when they got rid of Turvey Mortimer, and the Hughes brothers also overpaying a bunch of players that think they are bigger than the great club they are supposed to represent especially when players such as Tonga and Maitua cost them Steve Price the spiritual leader of the joint and a true gentleman and professional footballer in every sense of the word.

A lot of immature big heads down there that as i have stated previously have cost the club dearly re quality players.

Am over it all, sack em all and start again.

Between them Williams and Mason are on somthing akin to 1.2 million a year which leaves sweet FA to keep other players such as Asotasi and O Meley etc.

The club has lost its way, the player roster needs a clean out and so does the board room.

Mason odds on to go to Roosters where he will likely join up with former dogs in Anasta, O Meley and Myles.

If this happens the Roosters will go from being ordinary with no forwards to having a very very good pack with OMeley, Myles, Mason, Harrison and Shillington.

A bit more class in the backs and the Roosters will be finals aspirants very soon.

As for the Dogs with Sherwin and Mason leaving they are gonna miss the finals and could even end up bottom 4 for mine.

Pain is in store for Canterbury Bankstown.

Corey Payne from Dragons to Tigers.

Good get for tigers.

Ben Ross will be on the market also as Sharks try to free up some cash for Mason.

Easts said to trying to push Shillington & Harrison, both of whom don't want to move, out to accommodate Mason.....Not a bad week for Willy , destabilising 2 clubs in 1 week...With that strike rate, let's hope his manager tries to hawk him to all clubs, bar the Tigers ;D

The Secret: Communicate

When it comes to handling petulant league stars, NRL official could do a lot worse than make a phone call to Eels coach Michael Hagan.

In his new book The Two Of Me, Andrew Johns praises his old mentor for his understanding through the booze binges, drug episodes and bi-polar dramas.

"High calibre players do get treated differently and they do need to be - that's just a fact of life," Hagan says.

"Sometimes here at Parramatta, we won't see Nathan Hindmarsh for three days because he needs to rest or see his family.

"We often do things differently with Eric Grothe too. And at times not everyone is going to be happy, but it has to be done."

Willie needs love. Maybe Malcolm Nerd does need to go?

Nudge Nerd, Bring back Turvey

Agree!!!!!!

Peponis and Noad must be re evaluated and thrown out if they are implicit in the implosion of this great club.

At this stage Sharks appear favourites to get Mason.Their job would be made easier if they could offload Ben Ross who is on big bucks at the Sharks & not one of Ricky Stuart's favourites.

Mason reckons he will only go to a successful club MB so i reckon that would safely rule out Cronulla wouldnt it ;D ;D ;D.

Apologies sharkies fans just playing. ;)
