Noah Balta - Welcome to Tigerland

Caro mentioned on Footy Classified that he was dropped after Round 1 for breaking team rules. Hardwick had him pencilled in for a lengthy stint in the twos but later changed his mind.

Anyone hear this?
Wasn’t the plan for him to go back to VFL for a few weeks to play key back before coming back in?

Caro talks *smile*. He would’ve not followed a direction in game plan and Hardwick dropped him.
Caro turns it into a disciplinary issue outside the club.
With social media going through the roof and cockroaches like Parrot out there why wasnt it a story a minute after it happened?
Because nothing happened.
If i was in the club I wouldn’t let it go because Balta is a kid that has all the tools to dominate the game.

I heard he was meant to come off the ground 3 times in round 1 and forgot or didn't follow the instruction or was unaware ect.

Very raw footballer, best physical specimen the league has seen since Kouter/Richo

He is raw but exciting, let's not take the edge off this kid.
Had to laugh on sat nite v The Swans, Astbury was going off and Balta going on and Dave ignored Noah's hand slap. :rofl

Astbury needs to lift because he has been shitful since Rance got injured.
Is there any match up for Astbury?

Tom MacDonald.

Grimes probably will take Weidemann and chop out Dave, as will Broad.

Tigga can beat up on Fatboy Petracca.

Macdonald a perfect target for Astbury.
Dave is building in form, so we can expect a good showing

I reckon DTLD will go to McDonald, Broad to Weideman and Grimes will go to Melksham.

I hope Balta gets to take on Gawn around the ground a bit, can hopefully run off him an bomb it long into the 50

I would expect Grimes to go to Petracca - he is the one that can cause damage. Tigger (Vlastuin) can have Melksham.

I expect Grimes to McDonald, Astbury to Weideman, Broad to Melksham, Vlastuin to Petracca, Houli/Stack to Garlett, & Edwards to Hunt

Dont think McDonald will be in the foward line too long

When Lynch/Riewoldt start to dominate Goodwin will have to throw McDonald back to man one of them as they have no other decent defenders

Yeah Frost has gone cold as a key back and May hasnt turned up yet
.....sorry bout that

Cheese burgers always works

I think Balta's performance against the Dees in the JLT was an early indicator of how weak their backline is. If we are on tonight, between Lynch Jack and Balta they could really run amok.

Has that potential.....depends on the mids. If we get on top in the middle early on we could be in for a very good night. Noah is going to have a break out game sooner or later.....
