Nick Vlastuin

Seems a lot stronger in the tight stuff, must've been lifting hard in the off season. very promising start.

His best game at AFL level.

Looked a 250 gamer already. Composed. Needs to average 20 touches for the year.

Was very good in close what his hands.

Has anyone made the Glen Archer comparison with this kid. Seems a similar build and plays the game hard at every contest.

Said the same whilst watching the game with my mate who barracks for North. He thought it was a big wrap, but at the end of the game said "ok, maybe in a year or two".

Amazing to think he is just entering his third season. Wow. He will be some player. That also means Ellis is in only his fourth.

We are in good hands aren't we?

any news on his injury? Didn't seem right after the 1st quarter.
Panic merchant Larkins reported that he was worked on a few times. I'd say it was the excuse for a fairly forgettable performance.

He got jabbed in the ankle. Wasn't right - was mentioned in commentary before he had played a shocker.

I'd say you're wrong.

I was at the game and Flossy was hobbling horribly in the second quarter. Bent over and struggling just to move.

Credit to him that he kept playing.

Same. Had to be playing injured.

The kid needs to be part of the midfield rotations not left to rot in the backline.

Need his grunt in the middle.!

Saw him cop a knock during the game and was visibly limping so played
out the rest of the game under duress.

hurt his ankle in the first. went down into the rooms twice, missed most of the qtr time huddle as a result.
