personally don't think we showed judd the respect of a hard tag from any player and and it cost us big time.
That's what happened. For whoever his supposed opponent was, no one was 'on' him like Curnow was on Cotch.

No idea how many touches Jackson had. What I do know is that nearly every one Judd had in the 2nd half was made to count. Turned the game on it's ear.

yeah at such a ripe age he did something i can't recall any of our players ever doing. absolutely took charge and took his teammates with him. a leader amongst men. i'm still not convinced there was a player directive to sacrifice their game to stop him. i'd like to see the stats. i wouldn't be blaming any player for judd's performance. tbg.

yep the kind of leadership i dream of at richmond. i hope our trip to brazil helps us achieve such heights.

it's interesting how everyone sees the same thing differently and all think they're right. personally don't think we showed judd the respect of a hard tag from any player and and it cost us big time.
Yep, got frustrating watching Judds "tag" giving him so much latitude. So many times seeing someone go to Judd then seemingly being distracted, go his own way, Judd go his own way but get ball, kick ball, Carltons advantage. We were crying out for a genuine hard "don't leave his side" tag but it didnt eventuate.

it made me wonder what was going on in the coaches box. i get the feeling we underestimated judd and opted to take them on rather than stop them and we left flat footed.

The logical choice was Jacko, but he was struggling with the ankle. Having Conca go down so early and taking suspect players into the game really hurt us in the 2nd half.

Just watched his video on the rfc site and loved his last comment when talking about carlton " I just hate them that little bit more now "

Well said son, he is now a true tiger.

How can anyone hate CArlton more than they already do? Loathe the pricks!

That's done it. I am now officially a Flosstonite.

I can't wait to see him at 26 years old. I think he'll be another Michael Voss.

This kid really wants to play for the tigers hence he signed a new contract at the first opportunity. He and Ellis made from the same mould and will be our future superstars

Both Victorians.
What else would you expect?

Going on the whole earn your jumper number thing I reckon if Dusty does go then number 4 would suit Floss pretty well. Hardly any other decent low numbers available.

How did Grigg get 6 :p
