He's had a pretty ordinary year IMO. Like others, just not going to the next level.

Love to see him play serious time in the middle and forward as he is a good set shot but with McIntosh, C Ellis, Houli, Morris, Yarran injured most of the year, Chaplin retiring or out of form, Bachelor out of form, Broad struggling - not many back players left

His best has evaded him this season but you can say that about 2/3 of our list. Would love to see Floss rotate through the middle more often, still yet to develop a strong enough tank but played his best footy this year in the middle when Cotch was injured. With Houli returning in the weeks ahead it would be a waste not to give him a run up the guts.

Is a very good player who's been badly developed & coached. Would be a young star at a better run club by now.
Had another poor game. Honestly looks just a run of the mill player this year. Disappointing.
As you know ToO, I love Vlaustin, but totally agree think his been very poor of late and a lot of the year, just doesn't look switched on enough. Massive year next year for him, it's time he pushed up into a very good B grader and I don't care if it's as a half back or a midfielder, has the skill, the toughness, and the nous to be a lot better player then his been this year. As much heat as Conca gets, this guy is heading the same way fast. For no particular reason, he had rarely had time in the midfield after being talked about mid year. Don't understand why that stopped but since then this bloke is looking like another flanker that couldn't transition into a midfielder.
