This is about getting the best resources into this football club to compete with the rest of them.

Neil Craig, Matthew Knights and even Dean Bailey can come in and be assets and help us improve. All maybe aren't Head coaches, doesn't mean they do not have strengths that we can utilise and be a Premier Club again. Neil Craig on Sports Science and High Performance, Matthew Knights on Development and Dean Bailey as a senior assistant coach.

If we want to be the best, we gotta get the resources for that to occur.

I agree TB, but gee, I am starting to develop a real hankering for us to grab Malthouse and ask Dimma to fill a senior assistants role.

Couldn't see Dimma accepting that. Not a chance.

I think we just need to surround Damian with more resources. Looking at it what would be the experience in that coaching box? Getting Neil Craig, Matthew Knights and Dean Bailey into that match committee I think we will see improvement and some sense in the coaching box and selections.....

Dimma has the potential to be a good coach, but he definitely needs help.

If Brendan Gale, Gary March and the board are serious about being a Power, they need to get the resources, otherwise it simply won't happen.

I think Neil Craig could offer a lot to the club. Is it sport science that Craig has good knowledge in?

Interesting on AW before the game today CC said the club hadnt contacted Craig re a position with the RFC. Didnt rule out a approach though.

Backs himself for Crazy Voss's job?

could this be another BB blunder if the lions struggle next year after
extending Crazys contract...they have money issues and can afford
NG...wonder if the AFL will come to the rescue with this mob

Tigers will fill this role look outside the square
Don't tell me Laffster. You and Diggler have applied for the job of mentoring Dimma haven't you.
Just another sneaky underhanded way of ensuring the tiger faithfull are filling your dodgy caravan parks during september holidays.

What's the chance he can go back coach them for just today, then we would defiantly have a chance.
Anyone notice, since he got the ass, the crows have been very good.
His no good!!
