Nathan Brown

Jack Dyer wouldnt p1ss on the pea heart. He has given up. He has to announce his retirement, there is no care there

This round was Green Day by the AFL

As Shakin' Stevens use to say "What's behind the green door?"....

Nathan . an Exit and Retirement !.. thanks for the memories

people forget how good he was, before he broke his leg, the most talented footballer going around. a previlge to watch. but today it was like watching a 3 legged dog running around a park. we dont need to watch this any more. time to tap him on shoulder and thank him for his great service and farewell him. before he his remembered for all the wrong reasons.

he needs to announce his retirement this week so he can have a send-off game this weekend against the hawks. he's got buckleys chance of playing on again next year at richmond, and what would he be proving by going to another ( probably struggling ) team to play out one more year? it's not like he doesn't have a life outside football and needs to hold on for dear life, far from it.

he's been a great footballer i've loved watching him play. would be a damn shame if he didn't get a home-game send-off this week because he doesn't think he's finished when clearly he is.

He should look at a replay of yesterday's game and he will realise it. Otherwise, hopefully the club gently advise him, like they did Joel, that his time in the game is up. He was a brilliant player and he deserves a send off.

He will announce his retirement before season end.... you can see it in his expression that he knows his career is finished. The broken leg finished him off. You can't have a serious injury and that much time off..... just ask Cogs!!

He should retire with grace. Unfortunately since breaking his leg he has been a shadow of his former self. Goodbye Brown.

yep a terrible bloody shame how his career petered out post breaking that leg...last year was a fair effort considering ....regrettably he hasn't got anymore to offer at this level :'(

His skills are still excellent but can't win any contested ball or in some cases get to the contest.
We're not a good enough teasm to get the ball to him on a silver platter which he needs now.

He's playing the way Knighter did in his last 2 years.
The efort's there but the game has gone by him.

PA LEEEZE. Knighta was still Richmond's best player when he was pushed. It was shameful. Do not compare N Brown to a true richmond champion. You obviously have no recollection of Knighta'a last 2 years, and are guessing.

A shocking analogy.

Is greedy and selfish. Will try to hang around the club for as long as he possibly can.

Needs to go.

Brown used to be my favorite player. However, its time for him to move on and let the younger generation take their cause.

Brown isn't the player he once was.

Nor is Cogs.
