Darrou to counter North tall fwds?

Gibson Turner to add some spark and skill forward?

Gibson Turner broke a finger in the second quarter at Coburg but had a scintillating first where he kicked a couple of goals.

Check out the highlights on the RFC website. Looks a terrific prospect with more development.

61 was Browne?? (Coburg clip) .. Some nice tap outs. not calling for senior selection but could be the type who goes "click" around 25-26yo. maybe

Bummer. Yeah, saw the highlights and really liked what he showed which is why I said he could add a spark to the fwd line. Pity about the injury :(

From the little i have seen of him he is not quite ready but he appears to have all the tools including confidence. Just lacks a bit of strength and conditioning for AFL

Another preseason or two and he should come into consideration as the extra small forward we need.

It's no coincidence that the team has gone backwards at a rate of knots since Foley got injured. His last game was against the Saints and that was the last game we played looking like team on it's way to finals.

Certainly need him back but it also highlights our lack of midfield quality and depth. At least one of Conca, Ellis, Helbig or Arnott has to go on and become a midfield gun with the others to be good foot soldiers. We also must recruit another 3-4 given we are so deficient in this area.

Highlights the lack of depth in the midfield when our fourth or fifth best midfielder goes down and we are struggling.

The talent drop off is too big. Need three more mids. pronto.

The '1st round draft pick' got injured. Results mean sh!te, we have looked a shadow of the team since that game.
Been putting out spot fires since then.

We miss this bloke so badly. If not injured we make the eight easily. Hope he makes it back next year

Our form has been horrible since Axel went down.
