Nankervis !!

I like that Toby will kick a goal, then just pretend it didn't happen and run to set up for the next bounce like nothing happened.

Mind on the game at all times.
Don't think he believed it happened, , he has said it wasn't meant to be a shot on goal. Missed a couple of important easy goals that could of got us over the line against Swans.

I noticed that, huge & important goal & off he trots like it just missed

We should seriously consider resting Nankervis before the Geelong game. He's had an admirable year, but he has been looking jaded for a few weeks now. Soldo clearly in to give him a chop out, but I think Nank needs the week off to get right. Given our tenuous hold on fourth spot, the week off between finals looks too far away. In an ideal world, we'll get him right without him needing to miss, but that hasn't been working so far IMO. He lifted in the second half against GWS, but he is running on fumes. As a ground dwelling, undersized ruckman he is a sitting shot without his mobility. Witts (209cm) up next. Even fully fit, Nank wouldn't be winning too many hitouts. The Gold Coast are severely depleted, but it is a road game.

Witts is formidable. It will be interesting to see how we manage our ruck selection this week.

He has been enormous for us this year...but agree he needs help. Soldo's inclusion has been good for him, but tend to agree he may need a rest before the Cats game.....Is it possible we could see him rested and a tandem of the two Ivans coming in against GC? Not sure how big Eevarn would go, but maybe this is the time to give him one last chance to fly the flag?

I'm sorry but big Ivvy's feet are still stuck in cement at PRO. Don't get me wrong has been a great warrior for the club but no longer in the picture, counting down to retirement.

Ivan was flogged in the Magoos by "Didn't Suck" Cox. Gonski

Can't see us resting Nankervis. He had a huge 2nd half last game. I think with Soldo chop out he'll be fine. We can't afford to drop games from here. You don't throw away a top4 spot if you're in with a chance.

Yep his second half was game changing I thought. I still think someone like Goldstein would be great for us however, cant break Nank like we did Ivan.

No Goldstein is in decline. Better and younger targets out there, at this point in his career.

Our forward line is weird. Caddy's playing tall and Nankervis is playing short. How many disposals is nanks getting off the ground in that forward line?

It's the chaos theory. Keep the opposition guessing.

And the supporters

Smashing Henderson after the whistle was textbook Angry Ruck101.

Rucks that hurt win flags.

Best part of Nancy are his goal celebrations.

Nuh...best part is that smiling assassin look.
