Choi may well be a good pick up for next season but he is way off AFL level at the moment. He goes missing for large parts of a game and at times when he has the bal he has little instinct on what to do. Another year of McRaes coaching and then we will see what he has but right now he would be out of his depth just as the Beanie was last seasonpuregreen said:

Once they lost their COLA, they were always going to lose two good players. That is what the COLA has been worth to them all these years, two extra good players on their list. Mitchell and Nankervis are those two players.
They may even lose another one this year and that will be due to overpaying Buddy and Tippett.

Nankervis was fourth in line at Swans. He left for opportunity, not for salary. Swans just mis judged his ability. Good to get one up on them, they've historically been pretty good judges and have stolen one or two pretty good players from us over time.
