At the 20 minute mark of the last quarter, I would have said that there were many good players on the field, Grundy, Treloar, Martin, Cotchin, Pendlebury, Hoskin-Elliott (poor start but great last quarter) and Nankervis.
In the last ten minutes, Nankervis and Martin were the clear match-winners. Dusty almost scored the winning margin off his own boot in the late part of the game and Nankervis got right on top of Grundy. Did he outmark him three times in the final minutes, or just twice?
It will be interesting to see what the two coaches think on Tuesday.
