Is there anything more predictable than the AFL clearing Geelong players.

It's a rort.

I hope the karma bus is coming for Hawkins. And Im talking literally. An actual bus. Full of the players he has injured in his 'clumsy' manner.

I haven't seen mihocek but he got a week and the Twitterverse says identical to Selwood.

It was. The only difference was Fullarton was standing when Mihocek took him, Selwood took Taylor when he was crouched and in a more vulnerable position.

IMO the Selwood one was worse and more likely to cause injury.

"It was the view of the Match Review Officer"........how much does this Scumwood moron get paid in cash?

So what happened to the “protect the head” and “the responsible for the outcome“ and “the potential to cause injury”?
It seems they trot that out when it suits them.
Wankers
It's a joke Willo.

A week after the west coast kid retires at 22 with massive concussion issues, Selwood, Dangerfield, Hawkins and Mihocek all smash a player in the head.

Guess which one got suspended???

Just saw it for the first time.

wraps both arms up in the tackle and drags him to the ground.

Renders the player defenceless to protect himself.

Thats gotta be weeks from what we have been told, and what has been penalised in the past.

Staggering that tomahawk escapes scrutiny yet again.

I just read Daniel Venables story. Still suffering now. Multiple brain bleeds, The AFL Panel (comprised of neurologists and specialists) ruled him out from ever playing again. Will have ongoing health issues. Poor kid.

Yes it’s a bloody joke. I hope the AFL gets sued. That’s the only time they’ll change. When it costs them financially.
Maybe the MRO will be added as “aiding and abetting”.

How the *smile* did the gutless *smile* sniper Hawkins get off
If Lynch did that it’d be straight to tribunal and he’d get 6 weeks

Good to hear Montagna bring this ridiculous Hawkins decision up on Fox Footy.....but nothing's done about it. No opposition team fights it.

It is simply disgraceful.
It goes to prove that the more brazen and obvious the cheating is the less it is questioned.
Absolutely disgraceful Hawkins off...no potential to cause injury..it actually did. Hey, that's beside the point.
It is outrageous.
Bye the way, the tribunal has been biased corrupt and cheating all my life.
Had enough of AFL.
Now watch Storm. X1 ref. No nonsense. Everyone understands. No primadonnas.
My uncle in NSW when he was alive told me how rugby was very good but not appreciated in Vic. He was right.
AFL is an example of how pathetic and compromised life in Melbourne has become.
I'll have a double latte with soy milk, no nuts because I am allergic, vegan burger, kale, sushi ,no vax, no sex, no men, no coal, no power, no petrol, no humour, don't touch me, I only drink bottled water in plastic containers from Indonesia made by child labour and I don't do anything you tell me to do.

PS...I really really want the animals to inherit the Earth from these shitty humans....soon.

Curious how Zak Butters can have two first offences in the same game? Did he strike the two different guys in the same incident simultaneously?

Defies logic.

But it is the AFL MRO, and Port Adelaide are treated differently, (not as favoured as Geelong obviously) but FMD.

Frustrating as we have no avenue to be heard. Just shut up and read the narratives you morons, oh and keep spending your coin so we can get richer and fatter and more corrupt and incompetent.

Same thing happened with Selwood a few weeks back, how can you have 2 first offenses in the same game.

Unbelievable but you wouldn't expect anything else from this buncha.

A slight touch of an umpire gets you a fine, whack some bloke in the head & you get the same punishment.

No wonder I'm losing the love of the game.

I just hate what these "smiles" have Done to the game I once Ioved.
