I always have a concern when interstate players are drafted because they would always have a feeling of home-sickness and wouldn't be able to settle in to a Vic club. We saw recently how many players moved interstate, played well but always wanted to go home. I really think RFC should start looking at Victorian youngsters only so that they can feel at home and quickly settle in. Everytime I hear Cogs in an interview about himself, I can always read between the lines that he might go back to WA whenever possible. It's a real worry.
