List Management 2023

If we trade out Prestia or balta and/or take on a salary dump player who knows? That’s how we’ll get back in.

If we trade out 3 (kmac, Ralph and graham) for later picks and upgrade four from our bloated rookie list we have a lot of capital to trade up the order with clubs looking for points.

It’s all there for the taking if we are brave enough. Rebuild s take time but we are one tall forward and one pacey attacking mid away froM being right back in it I think. Thomas ? Maybe.

On hopper, I’m hoping that a preseason is all he needs. Same with sonsee. El nour will e a good rookie pick up. We are all a bit flat after a frustrating year but I think we are not as bad off as this year would suggest. The 5 hunks are gold. Another draft with that hit rate and bang we are back in it.
No one in their right mind would trade out balta, would need 2 top 10 picks, and even then ,u would hope like he'll 1 of the 2 is as good.
A 23 yo key back 6ft 5 who has shown immense growth every year and is so young still.

Sam Simpson got delisted from Geelong
Too young
He is the type we need, a runner. He kicks ok too
Lambert type
He has tiger blood in him also Zips. I'm not sure if it his grandfather or great Uncle was Tommy Simpson a tiger gun in in the 50s and 60s
Come from Springbank way who are also the tigers. Twice runner up in our best and fairest and a life member!

Fair enough. He’s a a bitsa player right now. Depending on the picks we could stack some talent to our midfield and recruit this year or next for a genuine key forward or 2. Just speculation though.

The kid bytel that the saints just exited has very nice kicking skills
5 years on their list for 22 games. Got 20 or more disposals once in those 22 games. Twice went a whole season without a senior game.

He may well be a good kick but he ain’t an AFL level player.

He had surgery for a bulged disc early in his career, 2019. So missed quite a few games

He was the sub quite a bit from memory

He was sub for many games but I reckon it's the speed factor, he's one of those guys who seems a cut above VFL but a bit too one paced for AFL. He is a good kick and dual sided but not the type we need right now.

Have we offloaded anyone yet?
Only Bradtke. I don't get why Clubs delist before trade, you just never know what desperate Clubs may offer up. We do have some interesting names out of contract atm, once we sign up our new Coach things will start to ramp up depending on which path they decide to take.

One clubs Rubbish might be another clubs treasure.
Off the top of my head I can't think of a dud that was booted from a club and turned into a star.
Tom Harley? Captain premiership team.
Kane Lambert

Ralphsmith out
Graham trade
Grimes trade
Dow out
Prestia trade
Ross Trade
McIntosh trade
Miller trade
Pickett trade

>if they can't be traded, delist.
We need a new start with a new group.
