1: I don't think you are a "newb" Streak

2: Open your profile. At the top of the page, just above where it says Summary, there are two little boxes: Profile Info and Modify Profile. Move your mouse over Modify Profile, a little list drops down, select Look And Layout. Posts per page is in that list.
