Just in injury report, has a hip issue, needs to pass a test to play tthis week.
Well done to Kano. He says 'the next couple of years' but it does say 2027....the next 3 seasons.
Speaks in a leadership way and once he sees the draftees come in, his mentality will naturally click to senior.
Great to see these 2 and 3 year contracts. Well done to the club. No more 5+ ones.
Nothing wrong with 5+ year deals for established mature players, definitely not needed for youngsters just starting to step up to senior footy though.
That’s because it’s an extension of 2 years. Draftees all get 2 year deals to start. So he was contracted until end ‘25 and has now added 2 years on to it.
Can’t wait to watch this kid alongside the high end talented midfielders we pick up in the draft.
How well did he speak, already wants to be a leader amongst the younger boys, it will be no stone unturned for this kid.
Got some solid citizens amongst the kids to be fair.

A good resigning as Kane has all the traits for a big future at Punt Road. A good preseason, a good bit of coaching and he will really start to shine in 2025. The nucleolus is there and just needs bringing out more mainly tank wise
Blight playing good football, confident in himself, but at the moment seems desperate to make his mark in his own right as a mature ager, {which is understandable), once he conforms to team structure could be a real bonus.
