The need a new stat for Jake. NDOB. nearly deliberate out of bounds. Would be AFL one for sure.

Part of an increasingly reliable back 6 that is gelling very well at the moment.

him and grimes have really stood up and consolidated our backline...a major reason behind our recent success.....

Still mehhhh.........5 touches in a backline that played a spare most of the night. Not good enough.

Not worried about what his opponent did? That's right, Mayne was a non-factor.

Even if Batchelor won a Brownlow, you'd say he was crap and he pulled a Woewoedin

Don't try and tell me what I'd say believe me your not worthy. Watch who was on Tabener when he kicks their 1st goal genius

Oh no, a defender has 1 goal kicked against him. He must be a shocker! If that's the criterion for good and bad defenders, we may struggle to find a good one!

Mr Magic, you post very little to nothing positive on these forums, and your one eyed response re: Batchelor is one of this forums great comic routines. You're comments on this thread have become irrelevant.

Given the match committee have kept him in all season to date, don't you think that means he must be doing what the club want him to? If he stinks it up (like he did at the bulldogs games) have at it. But learn some form of balance or you might fall off the cliff of bias.

He may have his limitations but he certainly fits the dimma mould of a tough and dour defender. Plays some ripper games, just needs to iron out the average ones.

Dimma spoke about our back 6 last week, and I think Batchelor has become a vital part of something that functions as a whole.

Good to see you on the forum Mrs Batchelor. Welcome.

Also thanks for the lecture good to know your a wise old campaigner who contributes a lot on here and can show me right from wrong

Had two poor kicks across the full back line that he needs to tidy up on.

Can get lazy and lean back on what should be simple 20-25 metre kicks and drops them short.

Hungry Batch is a good player. Comfortable Batch gets sloppy.
