That is very true. Fortunately we have a few games to get Griff back in the hope he can support Nankstigertim said:Yep, given a game to try and take some weight off Nanny. Won't work in finals though.
mrposhman said:He did ok with what he did on the field today, but Brisbane is probably one of the few teams that we can carry him against. He just does not stay on the field long enough to be able to be played against the better teams. Players these days just need to stay on the field for at least 75% game time. He spent almost the entire last quarter on the pine (from what I saw at the ground, didn't notice him on field and number 47 seemed to be shown on the bench alone). 56% game time is just not sustainable.
Reckon he'll be back in the VFL next week, though his strength would have been good against Mummy, I'm not sure anyone other than Nank can really take that physicality that Mummy will bring.
Agreed, and I think Jack was better and more effective, because he had some tall support in the forward line.Barnzy said:Look how impactful Nank was because he finally got a chop out and wasn't gassed half the game. I don't mind Soldo staying in until Griffiths is fit. If not, someone like an Elton.

i would give Soldo another game, mainly to give Nank a bit of a rest. i reckon our clearance dominance had a bit to do with Soldo too.
1 more game for Soldo then a couple to Elton (or Moore-doubtful tho)- then Griff back a couple of weeks before the finals.
